  9. When you realize that you have stopped or cut back on activities you once considered to be important or interesting.
  10. When you notice that you are getting more and more into legal problems as a result of your drinking habits.
  11. When you realize that once the alcohol is out of your system, you started experiencing withdrawal symptoms like restlessness, trembling and insomnia amongst others.
